The handball scene was set ablaze this past weekend as the Daystar 3rd Edition Open Tournament reached its thrilling conclusion. Organized by Touch Life Handball, the tournament showcased high-octane talent, culminating in a spectacular display of athleticism and sportsmanship.

The Champions’ Circle

In a series of intense matchups, two powerhouse teams rose to the top to claim the championship titles:

  • Men’s Division: Equity Bank secured the gold, proving their dominance in a tough field. They were followed by Strathmore University (1st Runners-up) and the Daystar Falcons (2nd Runners-up).

  • Ladies’ Division: The Daystar Falcons capitalized on their home-court spirit to take home the championship trophy. MMUST took the 1st Runners-up spot, while Daystar City rounded out the podium as 2nd Runners-up.

In a historic "landmark moment" for the tournament, Black Mamba etched their name into the record books as the inaugural winners of the newly introduced Presidents' Cup.
